Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, schematic designs, & detailed drawings for residential & commercial real estate projects.
- Prepare & review construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, & technical specifications.
- Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, & civil engineers to deliver integrated designs.
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, & local authority approval requirements.
- Conduct site visits & inspections to monitor construction quality & make sure work matches the approved design.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, & client or developer expectations, & present design solutions to stakeholders.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s is an advantage), with registration or eligibility for registration with the relevant professional board (e.g. AQRB).
- At least 4 years of architectural experience, preferably in real estate development.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, & SketchUp; experience with Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of building regulations, construction methods, materials, & sustainable design principles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, & work within budget.
- Excellent communication, presentation, & teamwork skills, with strong attention to detail
