Job Description
- Conduct regular chemical, physical analysis on raw materials, water, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Monitor the CSD carbonation process, pH levels, Brix (sugar content), and other critical parameters to ensure product consistency and quality.
- Verify compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality standards, and adjust formulations or processes as required.
- Conduct periodic shelf-life and stability testing on PET CSD, Water & Juice to maintain quality over time.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments for accurate testing and ensure compliance with calibration schedules.
- Prepare chemical reagents, solutions, and standards needed for testing and analysis.

- Document and maintain accurate test results and observations in lab & line records, ensuring traceability and report generation.
- Identify and report any deviations or issues in production quality to production and quality assurance teams promptly.
- Support production teams by providing on-the-spot analytical support to troubleshoot production issues.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure proper handling and disposal of chemicals to maintain a safe laboratory environment.
- Oversee production processes to ensure consistency and quality in each batch.
- Identify, investigate, and troubleshoot any deviations from the standard production process.
- Collaborate with the production team to adjust parameters as needed to maintain product quality.
- Monitor the GMP, GHK, GHP of entire line and lab.
- OB registers to be maintained by each shift with any instruction, problem, action plan…etc.
- Handover/takeover to be done at section.
- Conduct Process Capability Study for Mixer & Filler as per the test frequency for Brix, GV & net content.
- Do the any exceptional study as directed by Shift in-charge/Manager.
- Stock Ensure housekeeping is continuously done in processing areas.
