Fundi wa Viyoyozi (AC)

Job Description

• Carry out preventive/corrective maintenance of split, cassette, package, ducted, and other AC systems

• Diagnose and rectify electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and control-related faults

• Check compressors, condensers, evaporators, expansion valves, fans, motors, thermostats, sensors, control systems

• Check and maintain refrigerant pressure, temperature, superheat, subcooling

• Identify refrigerant leakage; carry out leak testing and repairs

• Perform refrigerant recovery, vacuuming, charging, and system commissioning

• Replace faulty compressors, capacitors, contactors, motors, PCBs, sensors, filters, other components

• Follow approved preventive maintenance schedule for all AC equipment

• Clean filters, evaporator coils, condenser coils, drain trays, and drain lines

• Install new AC units, copper piping, insulation, drain piping, electrical connections, accessories

• Carry out pressure testing, vacuuming, refrigerant charging, and commissioning

• Ensure proper installation per manufacturer recommendations and company standards

• Assist in relocation/replacement of existing AC units when required
