Job Description
- Ensure good understanding of the machine's SOP.
- Ensure the daily log sheet is duly filled and maintained.
- Inform the Reporting Officer immediately in case of any breakdown.
- Operate the machine for all pack sizes and flavours.
- Ensure machine settings are as per standards.
- Ensure GHK and GMP are adhered to according to the machine's SOP.
- Ensure maintenance schedule is completed on time and adhere to the given task list.
- Keep safe custody of tools, machine components, and change parts.
- Be responsible for all machine parts and components, including during mould change, maintenance, and idle time.
- Strictly maintain shift reporting time and break timings.
