Blower Machine Operator

Job Description

• Ensure good understanding of the machine's SOP.
• Ensure the daily log sheet is duly filled and maintained.
• Inform the Reporting Officer immediately in case of any breakdown.
• Operate the machine for all pack sizes and flavours.
• Ensure machine settings are as per standards.
• Ensure GHK and GMP are adhered to according to the machine's SOP.
• Ensure maintenance schedule is completed on time and adhere to the given task list.
• Keep safe custody of tools, machine components, and change parts.
• Be responsible for all machine parts and components, including during mould change, maintenance, and idle time.
• Strictly maintain shift reporting time and break timings.
