Job Description
- Provide L1/L2 application support, investigate incidents, troubleshoot issues, and restore services within agreed service levels.
- Log, prioritise, track, and resolve incidents and service requests, escalating complex or critical issues to the appropriate technical teams.
- Monitor application availability, integrations, interfaces, scheduled jobs, and system performance to identify and address issues proactively.
- Perform technical analysis and root-cause investigation for recurring or major issues, coordinating fixes with development and vendor teams.
