Job Description

Identifying and approaching potential sponsors across banking, telecoms, airlines, FMCG, insurance, automotive, and other major industries

Proactively reaching out to major brands—such as banks, Vodacom, and Air Tanzania—that could strategically partner with Simba Queens

Developing sponsorship proposals and packages that clearly demonstrate the commercial value of partnering with Simba Queens

Setting up and conducting meetings with prospective sponsors

Presenting and pitching confidently to CEOs, Marketing Directors, and other senior decision-makers

Negotiating sponsorship agreements and driving opportunities through to completion

Fostering long-term commercial partnerships rather than one-off sponsorships

Generating innovative ideas to create additional commercial revenue for Simba Queens

Maintaining a strong pipeline of prospective sponsors and providing regular progress updates

Working closely with leadership and the Simba Queens marketing teams to identify assets and opportunities that can be monetized

Skills Required
