Job Description
- Monitor daily truck movements via U-Track and generate reports.
- Record and analyse truck switch-on and switch-off times to track overtime.
- Prepare and submit daily truck activity reports to the Head Office (HO).
- Ensure assigned truck routes (safari) are followed.
- Issue diesel to 180+ trucks with precise calculations and verification through fleet data entry.
- Share truck movement updates with PSPF representatives.
- Maintain up-to-date records, including chassis numbers.
- Work with the GPS team to identify and fix faulty trackers.
- Coordinate truck transfers with HO and follow up on approvals.
- Track and maintain records of trucks and trailers under workshop maintenance.

- Ensure timely renewal and follow-up on truck and unit vehicle licenses.
- Monitor and process vehicle insurance renewals and payments.
- Follow up on regular vehicle inspection reports.
