Job Description

Responsible for Achievement of water monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target for Arusha Depot.

Client Management: Visit customers and partners regularly to build strong and continuous relationship.

Dealers Recruitment: Responsible for sales growth by appointing new customers, find new business opportunities.

Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and update on markets dynamics to adjust sales plan.

Records management: Maintain and update clients data base and ensure route discipline is observed by salesmen reporting to him/her

Manage Salesmen reporting to him/her, train, couching to help improvement of individual performance

Report timing: Provide sales and market reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis
