Position Summary
On behalf of our esteemed client from the electrical products industry, we are looking for the Senior Sales Engineer responsible for providing technical support, communicating with clients, driving sales growth, and delivering excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis across Tanzania. This role requires deep technical knowledge of electrical products such as transformers, cables, and switchgears.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Promote and sell transformers, cables, switchgears, and related electrical products to customers

- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with client specifications
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities and stay updated on competitor activities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or any related field
- At least 5 years of electrical products sales experience such as transformers, cables, and switchgears
- Strong relationships with clients
- Deep product knowledge in transformers, cables, and switchgears
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Sales Engineering skills
- Technical Support skills
- Customer Service skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
