Responsibilities
- Oversee all security operations, sites & guard deployment within the assigned zone.
- Ensure service standards, client satisfaction & contract compliance across the zone.
- Recruit, train, discipline & appraise supervisors & guards in the zone.
- Manage the zonal budget, payroll inputs & operational costs.
- Enforce company policies, HSE standards & Tanzanian security regulations.
- Report zonal performance, incidents & risks to head office regularly.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Security Management, Law Enforcement, Business or a related field.
- 2+ years’ experience supervising security operations or teams.
- Strong leadership, people management & decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of security operations, risk assessment & incident handling.
- Good reporting, communication & problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel within the zone & work flexible hours.
