Job Description

Ensure online finished product quality parameter analysis is conducted according to the determined frequency.

Coordinate with the Production Team to control and improve product quality.

Ensure water analysis is conducted according to the determined frequency.

Maintain and control all process records.

Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) on the shop floor.

Maintain finished product online records.

Train line inspectors to identify online product quality defects.

Ensure finished product quality meets the required standards and specifications.

Ensure laboratory equipment hygiene and proper operation.

Coordinate with the Shift In-Charge and Quality Manager.
