Purpose of the role The candidate for this role will be responsible for designing competency-based training programmes and learning materials that enhance knowledge transfer, support adult learning, and improve programme effectiveness through innovative instructional design.

Key Responsibilities
- Design competency-based training curricula and learning materials.
- Develop facilitator guides, participant manuals, and visual learning resources.
- Adapt learning materials to meet the needs of adult learners in rural communities.
- Support Training of Trainers (ToT) programmes and capacity-building initiatives.
- Review and continuously improve training content based on participant feedback.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Adult Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience designing adult learning programmes and training curricula.
- Strong understanding of participatory learning methodologies.
- Experience developing instructional materials and facilitation resources.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and content development skills.
