PSRS applications: organise documents from the actual notice

There is no safe universal attachment pack for every vacancy. Turn the notice's own instructions into a document checklist.

Read beyond the individual role

A PDF may place qualifications next to each title and shared application conditions at the end. Read both before making the checklist. Record any role-specific exception instead of assuming the last page applies identically to every section.

Separate required and supporting evidence

Make columns for document, reason requested, available copy and action needed. Include identity or personal documents only where the verified application process asks for them. Keep originals safe and send the requested form of copy.

Check readability and consistency

Open each scan at normal phone size and inspect every page. A cut-off certificate number, missing reverse side or password-protected file can prevent a reviewer from reading the evidence. Match names and dates without modifying official documents.

Create a submission record

Keep the notice, final attachments and confirmation in one private folder. Record which documents were actually sent rather than merely prepared. If the notice asks for recognition of a foreign qualification, follow the named authority's process.
