Retail Station Manager

Job Description

Manage the retail outlet as a profit center.

Increase sales through creative strategies to stay competitive in the market.

Achieve targeted sales volumes.

Ensure all collections are properly deposited.

Oversee all operations at the outlet.

Liaise with auditors and the accounts team for daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations (e.g., MIS reports, Z reports).

Handle fuel stock dipping, ordering, receiving, and offloading.

Coordinate with relevant government agencies to ensure compliance (e.g., EWURA, OSHA, NEMC, District Municipal Council, Fire & Safety, WMA, TRA, etc.).

Monitor and handle minor repairs.

Plan daily staff shifts (pump attendants) and monitor attendance.

Skills Required
