Job Description
Acting as a point of contact between customers/Dealers and MeTL
Negotiating terms of sales and agreements and closing sales with customers/Dealers.
Gathering market and customer information to figure out the customer needs of product.
Responding to customer queries and resolving their objections to get them to make a purchase.
Advising to Management to include in forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
Inspecting inventory in stock and the quality of the product on display in dealers’ shops.
Providing customers/Dealers with detailed and accurate quotations.
Skills Required
Spreadsheets (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets, etc)
Word Processing and Desktop Publishing Tools (MS Office, Google Docs, etc)
