Trainer

Job Description

• Develop and deliver structured training programmes for end users, administrators, business teams, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare training presentations, user manuals, SOPs, quick-reference guides, and other learning materials aligned with the implemented solution.
• Assess user readiness and support effective adoption by explaining new business processes, system functionality, and ways of working.
• Conduct practical demonstrations, workshops, and hands-on training sessions, providing guidance and support throughout implementation.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, collect user feedback, identify knowledge gaps, and provide additional training before and after go-live.
