Responsibilities
- Provide site-based technical support, troubleshooting & repair of large heavy equipment.
- Diagnose engine, powertrain, hydraulic, braking, steering, undercarriage & structural systems.
- Use manufacturer diagnostic software & service information for diagnostics & approved repair procedures.
- Lead complex fault finding, plus component removal, installation, testing & commissioning.
- Support warranty inspections, failure reporting & claim documentation.
- Record findings in work reports, escalate repeat failures & support root-cause analysis.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- 5-7 years' experience in heavy equipment maintenance (mining equipment experience preferred).
- Valid driving license.
- Strong troubleshooting, reporting & team-coordination skills.
- Good English communication & computer literacy.
- Able to work day & night shifts, in line with EHS rules (JSA, Lockout/Tagout, Stop Work Authority).
