Responsibilities
- Inspect, troubleshoot & repair mechanical systems on large heavy equipment.
- Work on engines, powertrain, hydraulics, brakes, steering, undercarriage & attachments.
- Use manufacturer diagnostic tools & service information for diagnosis & approved repairs.
- Carry out component removal, installation, testing & commissioning.
- Support warranty inspections & preserve failed parts as evidence.
- Complete job cards & service reports, maintain tools & housekeeping, & report defects & hazards promptly.

Requirements
- Diploma, FTC or recognised trade certificate in Mechanical, Automotive or Heavy Equipment Engineering.
- 5-7 years' experience in heavy equipment maintenance (mining equipment experience preferred).
- Valid driving licence.
- Strong troubleshooting, reporting & teamwork skills.
- Good English & computer literacy.
- Able to work day & night shifts & follow EHS, working-at-height, confined-space & lifting/rigging controls.
