Job Description

• Open and close job cards for trucks entering and exiting the workshop.
• Prepare and submit requisitions for spare parts required in the workshop.
• Maintain accurate records of spare parts received from the store and issued to mechanics.
• Prepare gate passes for spare parts and trucks leaving the workshop.
• Maintain records of spare parts sent for on road breakdown repairs, and follow up with drivers for the return of old parts.
• Keep detailed records of all spare parts purchased from the local market.

Skills Required

• Spreadsheets (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets, etc)
• Word Processing and Desktop Publishing Tools (MS Office, Google Docs, etc)
