Responsibilities
- Supervise daily depot operations, including receipt, storage & dispatch of petroleum products.
- Enforce HSE standards, safety procedures & emergency response plans across the depot.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct regular dips & reconciliations, & control product losses.
- Oversee loading & offloading of tankers, ensuring accurate documentation & quality checks.
- Lead, schedule & train depot staff, including loaders, attendants & security personnel.
- Maintain equipment, pumps & storage tanks, & ensure compliance with EWURA & other regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Petroleum Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years’ experience in oil & gas depot or terminal operations, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of petroleum handling, storage, inventory control & product quality standards.
- Valid HSE certifications & good understanding of EWURA regulations.
- Proven leadership, problem-solving & decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Good computer skills (MS Excel & inventory systems), clear reporting & communication, and willingness to work shifts.
