Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing & screening to interviewing & onboarding top tech talent.
- Manage payroll coordination, leave, attendance & employee records with accuracy & confidentiality.
- Create & implement HR policies that ensure full compliance with Tanzanian labour laws
- Drive employee engagement, performance reviews & retention strategies across all teams.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution & disciplinary processes fairly & professionally.
- Coordinate training & career development programs that build skills & grow talent within the company.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in an HR role, preferably in a technology company.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices & Tanzanian employment laws.
- Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software & MS Office, with high integrity & attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information, manage multiple priorities & meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
