Responsibilities
- Provide field-service support & repair for electrical & electronic systems at customer sites.
- Diagnose starting, charging, batteries, harnesses, sensors, control modules, monitoring & safety systems.
- Use manufacturer diagnostic software for fault codes, calibrations & tests.
- Carry out onsite wiring, connector & electrical repairs within authorised scope

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering (Engineer), or Diploma, FTC or trade certificate in Electrical, Electronic, Auto-Electrical or Mechatronics (Technician).
- 5-7 years' experience in heavy equipment service.
- Heavy mining or construction equipment experience is a must.
- Valid driving licence.
- Strong electrical diagnostic, customer communication & safe test-equipment skills.
- Able to travel to customer sites & respond to planned & emergency requests.
