Responsibilities
- Prepare job plans covering labour, parts, tools, safety controls & duration.
- Maintain & prioritise the maintenance backlog & follow up outstanding work.
- Forecast parts requirements & coordinate with technical & warehouse teams.
- Prepare KPI reports (availability, schedule compliance, MTBF, MTTR, backlog age, repeat failures).
- Manage timesheets, attendance, rosters, mobilisation & training records.
- Raise purchase requisitions & orders, compile invoice documents & distribute agreed reports to customers.

Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Maintenance, Business Administration or a related field.
- 3-5 years' experience in maintenance planning, administration or heavy-equipment support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint.
- Experience with a maintenance or work-order management system.
- Strong planning, data accuracy & document-control skills.
- Good English communication & EHS compliance
