Filler Operator

Job Description

Ensure good understanding of the machine's SOP.

Prepare and duly fill/maintain the daily log sheet.

Inform the Reporting Officer immediately in case of any breakdown.

Operate the machine for all pack sizes and flavours.

Ensure machine settings are as per standards.

Ensure GHK and GMP are adhered to according to the machine's SOP.

Ensure maintenance schedule is completed on time and adhere to the given task list.

Keep safe custody of tools, machine components, and change parts.

Be responsible for all machine parts and components during maintenance and idle time.

Strictly maintain shift reporting time and break timings.

Do not leave the machine or work area without handing over charge; obtain permission from the Reporting Officer before leaving.

Follow instructions given by superiors.

Ensure timely communication regarding raw material and consumable needs to the Reporting Supervisor.

Carry out changeovers as and when required.

Ensure proper communication during handover of responsibility to the next shift.

Take responsibility for troubleshooting during breakdowns.

Ensure utility requirements (air, chilled water, power) are according to machine standards.

Ensure machine safety and men safety interlocks are in place.

Accept shuffling of location of responsibility as needed, and any other job assigned by management during the period of employment.

Adhere to the do's and don'ts guidelines given by the Reporting Officer.

Perform and ensure daily cleanliness of the machine and surroundings.
