Filling Supervisor

Job Description

Safety and Quality Assurance: Ensure that all packaged products meet safety and quality standards.

Machine Maintenance: Keep the packing and filling machines clean at all times, with the ability to make minor adjustments as necessary.

Daily Weight Checks: Verify the weight on the fuel filling machines at the start of each shift and whenever necessary.

Machine Operation: Operate various types of packaging and filling machines across different stages of production.

Problem Solving: Resolve issues quickly, safely, and efficiently. For larger problems, contact the technician on duty.

Collaboration with Weighing Team: Work closely with team members responsible for weighing products before and after production to ensure accuracy and compliance with requirements.

Label/Sticker Verification: Check that labels and stickers match the product and raw materials, and ensure the system is set to move products to the final sorting location.

Team Collaboration: Work with other operators to ensure smooth operations, avoiding work overload or disruptions.

Pre-Shift and Post-Shift Cleanliness: Ensure your machine and all its units are clean before and after each shift, and allow workers to leave once this is done.
