Machine Operator

Job Description

Ensure that all packaged products meet the required quality and safety standards.

Ensure that oil filling and packaging machines are kept clean at all times and perform minor machine adjustments whenever required.

Verify the accuracy of the filling machine weights daily before the start of each shift and whenever necessary.

Operate various oil filling and packaging machines in accordance with production requirements.

Identify and resolve operational issues promptly, safely, and effectively. In the event of a major machine breakdown, immediately inform the technician on duty.

Work closely with weighing personnel before and after production to ensure all requirements are met and errors are minimized.

Verify that labels and stickers correspond to the product being produced, monitor packaging materials, and transfer finished products to the designated area using the established machine system for further processing and arrangement.

Cooperate with fellow operators to ensure smooth production operations and prevent workflow disruptions or employee overload.

Before handing over your shift or leaving the workplace, ensure that the machine and all related equipment are thoroughly cleaned and properly maintained.
