Mechanic

Job Description

Organize and prepare for daily activities to start between 8:30 AM and 8:45 AM.

Ensure to complete the work within acceptable/Target timelines as given by Work’s Manager.

Consistently meet at least 80% of the monthly sales target assigned by the reporting officer.

Perform Dailly Servicing & Assembly of the vehicle (2W & 3W) as directed by the reporting officer.

Inform the reporting officer immediately about any issues with the bike being used.

Ensure the tools provided are maintained properly, if its damaged or missed, Technician will be responsible, if it’s not been communicated with the Reporting officer.

Ensure there is no Repeat Jobs, customer complaints are resolved and reverified before job card closure

Maintain professional behavior; incidents of misbehavior or inappropriate attitudes toward colleagues may result in strong disciplinary action.

Avoid interactions with customers unless instructed by RO.

Its strictly forbidden to demand/ask for money from customers.

Based on the need, to work overtime as and when required.

Ensure to adhere all safety related management policies including the usage of PPE Kit.

Notify the reporting officer in advance regarding leave or late arrivals.
