PR & Corporate Communications Manager

Job Description

Manage all PR and reputation matters concerning METL Group

Act quickly during PR crises or sensitive issues, coordinating the correct response internally

Monitor traditional media, digital media, and social media for conversations or issues involving METL and its brands

Develop crisis communication plans and clear escalation procedures

Draft press releases, official statements, media responses, talking points, and corporate announcements

Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, media houses, and key stakeholders

Proactively identify positive PR opportunities and stories for METL

Coordinate interviews, press conferences, media appearances, and corporate events

Work closely with the Marketing Director, management, legal team, and relevant business divisions before issuing sensitive communications

Ensure METL’s messaging is consistent across all platforms

Protect the reputation of METL, MO, and associated brands

Prepare regular reports on media coverage, public sentiment, emerging issues, and reputational risks

Skills Required
