Senior Social Media Manager - Client Management

Job Description

Managing multiple client social media accounts from strategy through execution

Developing monthly social media strategies and content calendars

Coordinating content creation, captions, approvals, and posting

Reviewing page performance, insights, and analytics

Preparing monthly reports and recommendations

Attending client meetings and presenting ideas professionally

Visiting clients—such as Mo Assurance and other businesses—to understand their requirements

Managing client expectations, timelines, and deliverables

Coordinating with designers, videographers, content creators, and the wider marketing team

Staying on top of trends and bringing proactive ideas to clients

Ensuring every account managed maintains a high professional standard

Performing other related duties as assigned by the reporting officer

Skills Required

Word Processing and Desktop Publishing Tools (MS Office, Google Docs, etc)
