Process Operator

Job Description

Plan syrup and juice production as per the daily production schedule.

Calculate required syrup volume and raw material quantities accurately.

Raise material requisitions and ensure timely availability of ingredients.

Carry out preparation of simple syrup and ready syrup as per standard procedures.

Ensure proper operation of equipment such as mixing tanks, RJM pumps, filter press, and UHT system.

Maintain correct process parameters including mixing time, temperature, pressure, and brix levels.

Ensure proper batch allocation, labelling, and coordination with production and quality teams.

Perform CIP operations effectively, ensuring cleanliness and no chemical or flavour carryover.

Monitor juice preparation and UHT processing to maintain product quality and consistency.

Maintain accurate records for production, stock, batch details, and material consumption.

Conduct daily and monthly stock verification and report discrepancies.

Ensure adherence to GMP, hygiene, and housekeeping standards in the processing area.

Follow all safety procedures while handling chemicals and operating equipment.

Maintain proper shift handover, communication, and documentation of activities.
