Program Officer - Health

Job Description

Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of health programs to ensure objectives are achieved within established timelines.

Work closely with health program staff and external partners to deliver high-quality healthcare services to beneficiaries.

Ensure all health programs comply with applicable health regulations, Foundation policies, and recognized best practices.

Collect, analyse, and maintain program data, including beneficiary information, treatment outcomes, and program impact, to support continuous improvement.

Prepare accurate and comprehensive reports on program progress, challenges, outcomes, and medical findings to support informed decision-making.

Maintain complete and confidential records of all health programs, beneficiaries, and related activities.

Conduct research on health trends, medical needs, and program outcomes to develop evidence-based recommendations for program improvement.

Monitor developments in healthcare practices and identify opportunities to strengthen the Foundation's health initiatives.

Collaborate with healthcare providers, research institutions, and strategic partners to ensure programs are informed by current medical knowledge and best practices.

Build and maintain supportive relationships with beneficiaries, ensuring they receive compassionate, respectful, and effective care throughout the program.

Act as a liaison between the Foundation and healthcare providers to coordinate services and ensure beneficiaries receive appropriate medical support.

Perform any other duties assigned by management in support of the Foundation's health programs and organizational objectives.
