Job Description

Responsible and accountable for supervising the team, ensuring the required service levels are achieved, and overseeing the distribution of company products to the agreed customer base.

Responsible and accountable for providing leadership, training, and coaching to personnel under his direct supervision.

Responsible and accountable for implementing and managing the company's strategies and plans within the area under his supervision.

Responsible and accountable for controlling wastage across all routes and outlets under his supervision.

Responsible and accountable for ordering the correct volume and product mix required to service the outlets under his supervision in accordance with agreed company standards.

Ensure that all sales routes under his supervision have updated and accurate route plans.

Skills Required
