Job Description
Responsibilities of a Pasteurizer (UHT) Machine Operator
Operate the UHT/Pasteurizer machine according to approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Start up, monitor, and shut down the UHT system safely and efficiently. Ensure product pasteurization/sterilization is carried out within specified temperature, pressure, flow rate, and holding time limits.
Continuously monitor and record critical process parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow rate, steam pressure, and holding time.
Perform Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) and Sterilization-in-Place (SIP) according to established procedures before and after production.
Verify the readiness and cleanliness of the equipment before production starts.

ct routine inspections of pumps, valves, heat exchangers, sensors, pipelines, and other equipment to ensure proper operation. Collect product samples for laboratory analysis and ensure compliance with quality specifications.
Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) and Operational Prerequisite Programs (OPRPs) as defined in the HACCP plan.
Immediately report and respond to process deviations, equipment malfunctions, and product quality issues.
Minimize product losses and optimize machine efficiency by maintaining stable operating conditions.
Coordinate with production, quality assurance, maintenance, and utility teams to ensure uninterrupted production.
Perform basic autonomous maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor adjustments.
Maintain accurate production records, process logs, CIP/SIP records, downtime reports, and quality documentation.
