Blower Operator

Job Description

Responsible for safe operation/maintenance of a PET blowing machine.

Perform Machine startups/shutdowns.

Monitor the blowing process to ensure that products meet quality standards in terms of size, shape, and finish. Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to ensure optimal production.

 Etc.

Identify and troubleshoot minor machine issues or production problems. Perform minor repairs or adjustments to ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime.

Perform basic maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting parts of the machine to ensure it is in good working order. Report major malfunctions to the maintenance team.

Adhere to safety standards and operating procedures. Ensure the machine and surrounding work area are clean, organized, and free of hazards. Use personal protective equipment

Skills Required

Word Processing and Desktop Publishing Tools (MS Office, Google Docs, etc)
Presentation Tools (e.g. Google Slides, Power Point, etc)
