Job Description

Operate and maintain the shrink wrap machine safely, adhering to all standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.

Perform machine startups and shutdowns, following established protocols to ensure operational efficiency and safety.

Monitor machine performance, promptly identifying and troubleshooting mechanical or technical issues to minimize downtime.

Inspect labeling quality throughout production, checking for defects such as misalignment and wrinkles to ensure product standards are met.

Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting machine components to ensure optimal performance; report major malfunctions to the maintenance team.

Adhere to safety standards and operating procedures, maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area, and utilizing appropriate personal protective equipment.
