Responsibilities
- Diagnose & repair engines, transmissions, and mechanical/electrical systems on the entire fleet & related equipment
- Run diagnostic tests & inspect vehicle computer/electronic systems to repair, maintain & upgrade
- Perform preventative & routine maintenance (fluids, lubrication, hydraulics) to minimize downtime & extend equipment life
- Build, assemble & repair machinery & mechanical components to required standards
- Provide accurate estimates (cost, time & effort), recommend repair parts purchases & keep detailed work logs
- Handle emergency repairs & troubleshoot reported problems quickly & safely

Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with hydraulic high loaders & heavy-duty trucks
- Valid Class E motor vehicle license
- Strong knowledge of machines, tools & diagnostic equipment
- Complex problem-solving skills & good communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to work extended hours, nights & weekends, in good physical condition for industrial areas
