Technical Support Engineer

Job Description

Manage technical communications between the neobank team and Visa/Mastercard (transaction flows, 3DS, card settings, card issuing, etc.).

Interpret and communicate payment system technical specifications to development teams.

Support certification and compliance testing with payment schemes.

Monitor and communicate payment system updates and changes.

Coordinate resolution of technical issues with payment scheme support teams.

Ensure compliance with payment scheme rules and regulations.

Manage payment system parameter configurations and updates.

Support implementation of new payment features and products.

Document payment system integration specifications and procedures.

Participate in payment scheme meetings and technical forums.

Coordinate PCI DSS compliance activities related to payment systems.

Skills Required

Word Processing and Desktop Publishing Tools (MS Office, Google Docs, etc)
