Technology Manager

Job Description

Role scope to be defined (TBD) based on the integration and local support model.

Manage technology integration between headquarters and local operations.

Coordinate with development teams on feature delivery and support.

Ensure technology solutions meet business and regulatory requirements.

Manage relationships with technology vendors and partners.

Oversee technology project delivery and resource allocation.

Develop and maintain technology roadmap aligned with business strategy.

Ensure IT security and compliance with Bank of Tanzania regulatory requirements.

Manage IT budget and optimize technology investments.

Lead technology team and support professional development.

Coordinate disaster recovery and business continuity for IT systems.
