Filler Operator

• Be responsible for all machine parts and components during maintenance and any machine idle time.
• Strictly adhere to shift reporting times and scheduled break times.
• Do not leave the machine or work area without properly handing over responsibilities. Obtain permission from the reporting officer before leaving.
• Follow all instructions given by the supervisor.
• Ensure timely communication with the reporting supervisor regarding machine raw materials and consumables.
• Carry out machine changeovers as and when required.
• Ensure proper communication during the handover of responsibilities to the next shift.
• Take responsibility for troubleshooting during machine breakdowns.
• Ensure all machine safety measures and devices are in place and functioning properly.
• Be willing to accept changes in work location or area of responsibility whenever operational needs require.
• Adhere to all guidelines, including the list of dos and don'ts, provided by the reporting officer.
• Perform and ensure daily cleaning of the machine and the surrounding work area.
• Accept and perform any other duties assigned by management during the period of employment.
• Ensure utility requirements, including compressed air, chilled water, and power supply, meet the machine's operating standards.

• Word Processing and Desktop Publishing Tools (MS Office, Google Docs, etc)
