Requirements and responsibilities
Job Description
Check driver entry/exit timings.
Prepare absenteeism list and submit to managers.
Coordinate with sales and align vehicles for loading.
Enhancing proper attendance and punctuality of drivers.
Monitor and report driver behavior for highly disciplinary progress.
Connect to HR for all irregularity's acts conducted by drivers.
Attend disciplinary meetings at HR.
Being a key solution to all on-road challenges against authorities such as Tanroads, Yono, TRA; solving road constraints such as accidents, wrong parking, permit issues, etc.
Ensuring improvement of drivers' personalities and smartness in dressing according to company regulations.
Control and monitor fuel consumption as per the exact KM & ratio by using fleet system and tracking system.
Control all grounds for stealing fuel inside and outside the yard.
Monitoring & controlling driver's bad habits especially drink and drive, rough driving, harsh braking, overtaking, etc.
Monitoring and reporting to HR & Fleet Manager for further action regarding driver's night driving without authorization from the office.
Pushing drivers to improve their TAT (Turnaround Time) for making fast loading, timely offloading, loading return cargo from the destination, and fast return to the yard for workshop inspection & further loading.
Oversees various internal service areas that typically include administrative/office/financial operations, facility maintenance/space planning, security, hospitality services, equipment and supply procurement, vendor management, and others.
Typically reports to top management.
Manages the daily operations of an organization's staff and service functions.
Additionally, sets performance goals and service targets for staff used to evaluate performance and to drive continuous improvement.
Provide in-depth security advice and/or training seminars dealing with loss of company information, promotional integrity and safe workplace procedures.
Resolve security-related incidents (e.g., extortion, kidnapping, product contamination or other criminal attacks) by using accepted security/law enforcement techniques or procedures.
Mitigate threats and risks to assets (e.g., workplace violence, terrorism) of the Company by developing or providing a tactical response to an incident.
Management and review of existing security measures, updating protocols and submitting reports as required.
Ensure that security personnel are aware of all security procedures.
Maintain law and order within the facility to protect life and property.
Check and ensure the guards are performing their duties as expected.
Assign duties and schedule security personnel in line with the needs of the company and efficiency standards.
Monitor the security systems and identify risky areas.
Respond to alarms and distress calls under emergency situations.
Completing effective health & safety assessments, risk assessments and site evaluations.
