Service on Wheel Technician

Job Description

The mechanic will perform the daily routine periodic 2WH & 3WH Minor Service & Major service activities.

Customer Awareness about Periodic & Major service

Spread Awareness about benefits of using Genuine Spare part in vehicles.

Offer technical inputs to the service advisor/customers.

Perform daily service activities within the given time line.

Ensure the quality of work done on all repairs.

Promote Spare Sales as per management guideline.

Attend Outside Breakdown & provide instant support to customers.

Key Technical Support in Vehicle Service Camp/ Health Checkup

Responsible to maintain shop floor area cleaning

Must have valid driving licence 2WH/3WH to Attend Field Complaints (Breakdown) & Provide resolution

Presentation Tools (e.g. Google Slides, Power Point, etc)
