Job Description

Conduct final inspection of all repaired/service vehicles.

Check vehicle quality after repair work.

Verify all customer complaints are resolved properly.

Inspect engine, electrical, suspension, brake, and body work condition.

Ensure no oil leakage, abnormal noise, or warning light remains.

Confirm all spare parts are properly fitted and tightened.

Perform road test when required.

Coordinate with technicians and workshop supervisor for pending issues.

Prepare and submit final inspection reports.

Ensure vehicle delivery quality meets company standards.

Identify repeat repair issues and report to Reporting officer.

Prepare and maintain daily pending vehicle reports.

Monitor and control vehicle turnaround time (TAT).

Ensure 95% same-day vehicle delivery target achievement.

100% Hand over replaced old spare parts to customers except warranty parts.

Ensure zero repeat complaints through proper final inspection.

Maintain repeat complaint records and analysis reports.

Follow up pending jobs to avoid delivery delay.

Support customer satisfaction by ensuring proper repair quality.

Verify that all spare parts issued on the job card have been properly replaced in the vehicle.

Physically check replaced spare parts before vehicle delivery.

Show replaced spare parts and completed work to the customer during vehicle handover.

Ensure transparency between workshop repair work and customer satisfaction.
