Technician cum Coordinator

Job Description

You are required to report to work at 8:30 AM (Monday to Friday) and at 9:00 AM on Saturdays.

In case of late arrival or early departure from work, it is your responsibility to inform your supervisor and provide a valid reason.

You are responsible for planning and coordinating all daily activities with other team members.

You are responsible for submitting reports on market activities, market research, and other related reports.

You are required to organize and coordinate workshop plans and field service activities such as service camps, technical training, preparation of job cards, mapping activities (MFS, 2S, 3S, boda boda stands, fleet owners, etc.) as instructed by your supervisor.

You are responsible for collecting customer feedback, analyzing product complaints, preparing various reports, and conducting market analysis.

You are responsible for educating customers on service-related matters.

You are required to achieve the targets assigned by your supervisor.

You are responsible for collecting spare parts and engine oil orders from retailers.

You are required to supervise technicians, ensure their performance, provide guidance, and report on their performance.

You may be required to work anywhere within Tanzania as directed by your supervisor.

You are required to submit any payments (where applicable) to the Accounts Office before 4:30 PM from Wednesday to Friday and before 1:00 PM on Saturdays.

You are required to monitor field technicians and ensure they follow their work guidelines and procedures.

You are responsible for providing quick resolutions to customer issues after consultation with your supervisor.

You are required to submit work reports to your supervisor electronically (including photographs) and provide hard copies whenever required, especially when the supervisor is not present at the workplace.

You must always possess a valid driving license while on duty.

You are required to submit FCR reports daily in accordance with the targets assigned by your supervisor.

You are responsible for safeguarding any company equipment, tools, or property assigned to you. Any damage resulting from negligence may require you to bear the cost of repair or replacement.

You are required to maintain good conduct and professional ethics at the workplace. Disciplinary action will be taken against anyone who violates company rules and procedures.
