General Manager

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction
• Develop and execute business strategies to increase sales strengthen the company's market position against key competitors
• Oversee full P&L, and monitor financial performance by managing budgets and controlling costs to achieve profitability targets
• Maintain competitiveness and align with evolving market demands
• Build and manage strong client networks in the country
• Identify new opportunities, enhance pricing strategies, and secure high-value contracts by benchmarking against regional competitors
• Manage and lead cross-functional teams to maintain high performance
• Implement talent development programs, and succession planning to sustain long-term organizational growth
• Lead client communications, prepare accurate quotations, and coordinate project schedules to enhance customer experience
• Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations to uphold operational integrity

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field. MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in paints, construction, manufacturing or any related industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role and with proven success in overseeing business operations, market expansion, and driving profitability against key competitors
• Strong sales, business growth and proven ability to drive revenue and expand market presence
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Excel and Word to manage reports and communications
• Strong expertise in P&L management, commercial strategy, supply chain, and operational excellence
