Machine Operator- Glue Folder- Packaging Division

Job Description

To ensure to have good understanding of machines

To inform the reporting officer immediately if there is any breakdown

To operate the machine as one of the team members

To strictly maintain the shift reporting time and breakdown timings

To follow the instructions as given by supervisors

To ensure timely communication for raw material, consumables of machine to reporting supervisor

To carryout changeover as and when required

To ensure the proper communication during handover of responsibility to the next shift

To ensure the machine safety and men safety interlocks are in place

To be aware of usage procedure of fire extinguisher

The machine helper should adhere to guidelines of dos and don’ts list given by reporting officer

The machine helper is expected to accept any other job assigned by management at any time during the period of employment

To perform and ensure daily cleanliness of the machine and surroundings

Without handing over the charge, you are not supposed to leave your work place, obtain permission from the reporting officer before leaving

To do any related job as assigned by the reporting officer.
