Microbiologist

Job Description

Ensure analysis of all finished products in accordance with quality standards.

Conduct microbiological analysis of CIP (Clean-in-Place) samples.

Perform equipment and personnel swab testing to verify hygiene compliance.

Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) within the Microbiology Laboratory.

Ensure adequate inventory and proper storage of microbiological media, laboratory chemicals, reagents, and other consumables.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date microbiology laboratory records and reports.

Coordinate and ensure fumigation activities in the production process areas.

Conduct microbiological analysis of air monitoring samples.

Perform microbiological analysis of water samples from all Water Treatment Plant (WTP) sampling points.

Conduct microbiological analysis of simple syrup and ready syrup samples.

Perform CIP verification and swab analysis for syrup room equipment.

Conduct microbiological analysis of incoming raw materials.

Coordinate with the Line Chemist to ensure timely microbiological sampling and analysis.

Skills Required
