Job Description
Ensure implementation and adherence to overall quality policies, systems, and procedures.
Conduct inspections and testing of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Monitor production processes and identify quality deviations, taking corrective actions where necessary.
Perform routine quality checks and verify compliance with product specifications.
Investigate customer complaints and product quality issues, identify root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare and maintain accurate quality control records, reports, and documentation.

Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of laboratory and testing equipment.
Participate in internal quality audits and support external regulatory and customer audits.
Monitor non-conforming products and ensure proper segregation, documentation, and disposal or rework as required.
Analyze quality data and prepare periodic quality performance reports.
Train production personnel on quality standards, inspection procedures, and quality awareness.
Support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable food safety, health, safety, and environmental regulations.
