Shrink Wrap Operator

Job Description

Responsible for safe operation/maintenance of a Shrink wrap machine.

Perform Machine startups/shutdowns.

Monitor the machine quickly identify and troubleshoot any mechanical or technical issues during operation to minimize downtime.

Monitor labeling quality throughout the production run, checking for defects such as misalignment, wrinkles.

Perform basic maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting parts of the machine to ensure it is in good working order. Report major malfunctions to the maintenance team.

Adhere to safety standards and operating procedures. Ensure the machine and surrounding work area are clean, organized, and free of hazards. Use personal protective equipment.
