SOFTWARE ENGINEERS (10+ POSTS)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and
implement robust, scalable, and secure server-side logic to support both mobile
and web applications

• Build and
maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs to enable seamless data exchange between
front-end (Flutter and web) clients and back-end systems

• Collaborate
closely with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into
user-friendly interfaces

• Design,
optimize, and manage relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational
(MongoDB) databases with a focus on performance, data integrity, and security

• Implement
secure data storage strategies and ensure compliance with privacy standards

• Integrate
third-party services and APIs, adapting to project-specific backend
technologies and frameworks as needed

• Lead or
contribute to authentication and authorization systems using standards like
OAuth and JWT

• Proactively
troubleshoot, debug, and optimize API performance and backend reliability

• Work
cross-functionally with mobile developers, designers, and product managers to
align technical solutions with user needs and business goals

• Participate actively
in code reviews, design discussions, and agile development processes

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a
related field

• 3 to 6 years’
Experience in related field

• Good
communication skills

• Time
management and ability to meet deadlines

• Able to work
independently and in a team

• Good knowledge
in Programming languages
